The vision of the school was established by the founder the late Mrs. Kathrine Mary Charles,who distinguished herself by being a dynamic and a visionary who was driven by quality values and was deeply committed to excellence and quality in everything large or small.As such she gave the Motto “Faithful in the least” .which broadly means if every individual or growing up scholar is perfect in small endeavours, he/she would produce a perfect larger picture or enterprise. This School aims at creating individuals who are intellectually competent, morally sound, psychologically whole, committed to the cause of justice, love and who are open to further growth which would be help in creating a human society free from prejudice, superstitions and discrimination based on sex, religion about other especially the under privileged.
